1. Preparatory works

The first stage of assembly PANEL FENCINGjust like any other, is the proper preparation of the foundation and clearing the plot. In particular, the area should be cleaned of any debris such as trees, rubble (this applies especially to plots, where the old fence has been removed) and other unwanted obstacles. The leveling of the terrain should be carried out before the installation work. The best aesthetic effect is achieved when the fence is installed on a perfectly flat area.

2. Fence dimensions

When the area is levelled and all unevenness is eliminated, we begin to measure and plan the final placement of individual fencing elements. We start with the location of initial posts and corner posts, it is obvious because these posts cannot be moved. Having planned the extreme posts (corner or initial posts), we measure the distance of the remaining ones. Remember that the posts must be spaced at a certain distance from each other

3. Mounting the posts

Height of the posts depends on the height of the panel and presence or absence of foundation. The post should be in the concrete at least 50 cm long. Add to this 25 cm of foundation (if any) and the space between the foundation and the panel. In order to level the posts, use a spirit level and mason's line. It's best to use the 2 string method: leave the bottom string taut and about 25cm above the ground, and let the top string run exactly where the height of the post ends

4. Panels Installation

Mount the panels only when you are sure that the concrete has set properly. Mount the welded panels on the posts using OBJECTS. There are 3 basic types:
-initial clamp: gripping one panel, used at the beginning and end of the fence;
-corner bracketmounted on the corners of the fence;
-intermediate clampfor mounting two panels in relation to each other in a straight line;
Clamps are suitable for 40x60 posts. For their assembly we use panel screws and nuts (can be better breakaway nuts).
