• the total length of the fence, the number of posts needed,

Prefabricated finished bricks are mounted directly in the ground using fasteners, so that the whole process takes much less time than when using concrete. The cost of making a modular wall is from 29 to 45 zlotys per current meter, which is why it is currently the most popular and most popular type of foundation for fencing in Poland.

Additional costs of the wall

The total cost of installing a fence may also include additional measures to place or pour the wall in terrain where the ground is unstable or there is a risk of undermining different animals. Sometimes it is necessary to level the area or remove from the ground the roots of trees, large stones and the remains of old foundations that would prevent further work. In these situations, the cost increases and you need to take into account the man-hours of the equipment operator.

Currently, the rates for hourly rental of an excavator or excavator- loaders range between 80 and 150 zlotys. This price includes only the service itself, to which the fuel should be added. However, there are situations when it may not be possible to install the wall without heavy equipment.

Fences – labour price list in Poland

In Poland, there is a large discrepancy in the cost of labor and the construction of a panel fence.

In individual provinces and large agglomerations, such as Warsaw, Wroclaw or Gdansk, the labour price list differs from the rates in smaller towns. For example, for the installation of a fence without a wall you will pay 39 – 40 zlotys in Krakow, and in the towns of pomeranian or Opole provinces this cost drops by up to 5 zlotys per meter. These amounts are largely due to the difference in employee salaries in each region, the cost of living in a larger city, including taxes or prosaic issues such as the passage to the construction site.
